Eight Is Enough: The Complete First Season

Dick Van Patten stars as Tom Bradford: newspaper journalist, husband to Joan (Diana Hyland) and patriarch to the close-knit Bradford clan...all eight of them! It's not easy staying sane while guiding Mary, David, Joanie, Nancy, Elizabeth, Susan, Tommy and Nicholas through the joys and challenges of growing up. Based on the best-selling autobiography by Thomas W. Braden, Eight Is Enough deals with family life, from potty training and phone etiquette to pot smoking and bra burning. Technology may have changed, but family issues remain the same in all nine episodes from the first season of this groundbreaking classic comedy/drama.
