Destined to be Paul Bunnell's "landmark film," That Little Monster combines a comic twist on 1950's television shows along with the dark atmosphere of the original Twilight Zone series. Featuring special appearances by Forrest J Ackerman (Famous Monsters of Filmland Magazine) and Reggie Bannister (the PHANTASM film series), Bunnell's whimsical '50s manner leads you into this stylized horror film about a young foreign exchange student, Jamie Foy (Melissa Baum), who ends up getting more than she bargained for while babysitting the mischievous "little monster" himself, Wolper Willock. Bunnell conjures up some great images as Jamie encounters the strange sights and sounds hidden inside a foreboding old house, and discovers a bunch of buried dark secrets.
